Yoga Therapeutics Classes are a melding of yoga, mindfulness, psychology, and healing. These public classes are run as a rotating series and offer yoga-based tools for the management of emotional conditions and the development of healthier, stronger and more positive attitudes toward the self. Therapeutic classes are also offered whose focus is to bring balance back to specific areas of the body that hold restrictions or sensitivities. Students find that freeing up these areas can have a direct impact on their overall well-being in general and on their nervous system in particular.

All classes held at the University Family YMCA, 5003 12th Avenue NE (corner of 50th Street). Classes open to all; YMCA membership is not required.
