Cost per couple (excluding travel and room cost):
Early Bird before December 24, 2025: $2000
Regular registration Dec 25 to Jan 14, 2026: $2250
Late registration Jan 15 to Feb 1, 2026: $2500

A discounted room rate at the Hampton Inn has been reserved at $180 on Saturday February 7 and $110 on Sunday February 8 per room. You are welcome to reserve Friday February 6 and/or Monday February 9 also at a discounted rate.
Hotel offers free hot breakfast each morning. Lunch will be on your own. There are many restaurants nearby. Coffee, tea and water will be available throughout the workshop.

Hold Me Tight ™ for Neurodivergent Couples is a 3-day weekend workshop led by neurodivergent Emotionally Focused Therapists (EFT), Erin Findley, PsyD (https://www.erinfindley.com) and Jenny Leung, LMFT adapted to honor your unique brains, communication styles, attention patterns, sensory needs and masking. This educational workshop will begin to help you nurture emotional closeness and connection within your neurodivergent partnership. This adapted Hold Me Tight™ program is based on the international best-selling book “Hold Me Tight: 7 Conversations for a Lifetime of Love” by Dr. Sue Johnson.

In this workshop, you will learn how to:
Understand each other’s brain wiring
Reduce miscommunication and misunderstandings
Get unstuck from repeated patterns of pursuing or distancing
Make sense of strong emotions
Repair relationship injuries and move forward
Strengthen trust, safety and closeness
Communicate your true feelings and wishes to your partner
Talk about your sexual relationship

Who is this for? Romantic couples where one or both partners are neurodivergent or couples with mixed-neurotype.
Neurodivergence refers to differences in how the nervous system processes information and experiences. Examples of neurodivergence includes: autism, ADHD, gifted, highly sensitive, OCD, sensory processing differences, etc.

Do you need a diagnosis to attend?
No formal diagnosis is required. If the description fits your experience, you are welcome.

Is this therapy?
No, this is an educational program. Attending does not create a therapeutic relationship with Erin Findley, PsyD or Jenny Leung, LMFT.

What will the weekend include?
Structured “conversations” from Hold Me Tight ™ including guidance for recognizing negative cycles, repairing injuries, and expressing feeling and needs, adapted for neurodivergent needs.

What types of neurodivergent accommodations will be offered?
There will be visual aids and written prompts to support different processing and communication styles. Slower pacing, extra processing time, breaks as needed, and support for attention patterns, stimming and sensory needs.

Is there a cap to enrollment?
Enrollment is limited to 10 couples to keep the experience personal.
